Return & Refund
Return:- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@idecsense.com for more instructions before sending the item back.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We only exchange an item for the same product if it is defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@idecsense.com first.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring that we receive the returned item.
- We highly recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return.
